Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please email joe@blizzardtechnology.com to discuss custom shipping arrangements.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit:

In-Home Services & Installations
If your purchase includes local delivery and installation services:
