Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

At Blizzard Technology, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right. Please review our policy on returns, refunds, and cancellations below.

Returns

We accept returns on most physical products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

  • Items must be returned to the address provided in your return instructions.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Opened software or digital downloads

  • Services that have already been rendered (e.g. consultations or installations)

To initiate a return, please contact us at joe@blizzardtechnology.com within the 14-day window.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Items are returned damaged or used

  • Parts are missing not due to our error

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order or appointment:

  • For physical products: Contact us before the order ships to receive a full refund.

  • For services (installations, consultations): Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time to avoid fees.

Missed or late-cancelled service appointments may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
